1. What we collect

When you request a quote or book, we collect the details you provide: name, contact details, pickup and destination, travel date and time, flight number, passenger numbers and any special requirements. We do not store full payment card numbers.

2. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your data to provide the quote and transfer you asked for (performance of a contract), to keep you updated about your booking, and to meet our legal and safety obligations. Where we send marketing, we do so only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the licensed operator and driver assigned to your journey, and with our booking and payment processors. We do not sell your data. Providers act on our instructions under appropriate agreements.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking records only as long as needed for the service, our legal obligations (for example tax and licensing records), and to resolve disputes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these, contact us on 0117 471 7170. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
